If you’re not happy with your drink, let us know before leaving the store. We’ll remake it or refund it.

If your drink or food item doesn’t meet expectations due to taste or preparation, our team is here to help.

Final decisions are made by store management to ensure fairness and consistency.

IN - STORE ORDER

• Let a team member know during your visit

• Bring the item back to the counter

• We’ll remake it or help resolve it on the spot

ONLINE & APP ORDER

• Contact wecare@tastea.net

• Photos or additional details will be requested

• We may request the items to be brought back to confirm quality concerns

Orders Placed at the Wrong Location

Final decisions are made by store management to ensure fairness and consistency.

IN - STORE ORDER

Contact the store immediately so we can attempt to stop preparation

If the order has not entered preparation, a refund may be issued

If the order is already being prepared, the order cannot be refunded  

At management’s discretion, a small courtesy or gesture may be offered, but this is not guaranteed

Issues related to third-party delivery services must be handled directly through the delivery platform.

Tastea is unable to issue refunds for delivery delays, driver errors, or service-related issues managed by those platforms.
