🥥 What do I need to do to receive my reward?  

A: Place an order at a participating Tastea location, purchase a milk tea of your choice & receive a free 20oz Taro Milk Tea reward to use on your next visit. 

🥥 When will I get my reward? 

A: After you complete your purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app reward has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received. 

🥥 If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn a reward? 

 A: To participate in this promotion, you must order in-store or through the Tastea Reward App or website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your rewards! 

🥥 It's been over 72 hours and I can't find my reward. 

A: Your free reward can be found on the Rewards Screen directly under the buttons "Earn Points" & "Redeem." If you still cannot locate it, please email us here.
