Adding matcha powder to a drink will not qualify for this promotion. Samples are excluded from promotions. Valid for up to (1) Free 20oz Krypteanite rewards per loyalty account during 2 day period. Initial purchase cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers including but not limited to points redemptions, Birthday or Referral Gift, etc. Some exclusions may apply. Customers who make in-store purchases must check-in at the register or scan their receipt in order to receive double points on their order. Reward will appear in account AFTER initial transaction has been completed. Reward may take up to 72 hours to appear. Customer has 14 days to redeem their reward after it has been loaded in.Cannot be combined with any discounts or offers. Offer subject to change or expire at anytime. Q: If I place an online order via the Tastea App or website, will I receive double points?

Yes! In the Tastea Rewards app, you'll automatically receive double points as long as you're signed in. If you're ordering on our website, please input the same email and password you use on the Tastea Rewards App.

Q: Will I receive double points if I place a takeout order in-store?

Yes! Customer must either check-in at the register or scan their receipt to earn double points for in-store purchases.

Q: If I order through UberEats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn double points?

To earn double points, you must order through the Tastea Rewards App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your points!

Q: How long will it take for me to earn my points?

Points can take up to 72 hours to show in your account. If you haven't received your points after 72 hours, please email us here.
