Tastea Rewards App: The Easy Way to Get Boba at Your Doorstep!

Calling all boba lovers! Did you know that there is a way you still get your favorite Tastea drinks delivered to your doorstep?

That’s right! We are introducing our Tastea Rewards App!

With just a few taps, you can order your favorite drinks and snacks from the comfort of your own couch.

This easy-to-use app allows customers to place an order at their nearest location and have it delivered or ready for pick-up in just a few short minutes!

The best part? With every purchase, you will receive points towards exciting rewards such as free upgrades, or complimentary food or drink items. Through our points program, customers also get a chance to receive a free jug. The more points, the more rewards!

First time loyalty program members will also receive a free 20oz drink just for signing up!

The Tastea Rewards App is available for download in the Google Play or App Store

REWARDS PAGE: The rewards page shows you your current points, how many points you need for the next reward, as well as any offers you have available.

REDEEM: The redeem button displays any current rewards available.

EARN POINTS: This button displays the phone number associated with the account and a QR code. For in-store purchases, a Team Member must input your information at the register in order for points to load into your account.

*Note: Points will automatically be rewarded to your account for orders placed for delivery of pick-up.

HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH THE APP

Step 1: To place a delivery or pick-up order, select the “ORDER” button located on the bottom of the screen. 

Step 2 - ORDER PAGE: This page lists all the Tastea locations set by mile radius closest to your location. Select which store you would like to order from.  

Step 3 – MENU PAGE: This page displays our current menu. Select the items you would like to order.

*Note: Unfortunately, our secret menu is not found in our app. However, you do have the option to customize an order.

STEP 4 – PRODUCT PAGE : Select the size of your drink, any sweetness modifications, as well as any add-ons you would like to include.

*Note: For any specific modifications, please include it in the “Special Instructions” box located at the bottom of the screen

After you complete your item order, select “ADD TO BAG”.

STEP 5 – MENU PAGE: After all items have been ordered, select
“UP NEXT: REVIEW ORDER” to review all the items in your bag.  

STEP 6 – REVIEW ORDER PAGE: This page will show you your entire order. You have the ability to modify or delete items in your bag. Once all items have been confirmed, select “UP NEXT: SET PREFERENCES” 

STEP 7 – PREFERENCES PAGE: Input your phone number and select the option for Pickup or In House Delivery. 

FOR PICK UP: Select either “Prepare Immediately” or select a date and time you would like to set the order for. 

FOR DELIVERY: Add in the delivery address by selecting “ADD NEW”. You have the option to deliver immediately or select a date and time you would like to set the delivery for.

After preferences have been set, select “UP NEXT: MAKE PAYMENT” 

STEP 8 – PAYMENT PAGE: On this page, you have the option to redeem rewards, or add in coupon codes. Once you have inputted all that apply, select “PAY NOW”. 

STEP 9 – CHECKOUT PAGE: Select “ADD NEW” to input the payment option for Credit Card or Gift Card. 

STEP 10 – ORDER CONFIRMATION PAGE: Once your payment has been submitted, you will receive an order number as well as a notification on your order status.
