Customers must place an order for any milk tea through the Tastea Rewards App, website, or check-in at the register to receive the Free Hot Milk Tea reward. Q: What do I need to do to receive my reward?
Place an online order at a participating Tastea location, make a purchase of any Milk Tea on 11/29/21 , & receive a Free Hot Milk Tea reward to use on your next visit.
Q: When will I get my reward?
After you make a purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app reward has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received.
Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn a reward?
To participate in this promotion, you must order through the Tastea Reward App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your rewards!
Q: It's been over 72 hours and I can't find my reward.
Your free reward can be found on the Rewards Screen directly under the buttons "Earn Points" & "Redeem." If you still cannot locate it, please email us here.
