Q: If I place an Online Order via the Tastea App or website, will I receive double reward points?
Yes! In the Tastea Rewards app, you'll automatically receive double points as long as you're signed in. If you're ordering on our website, please input the same email and password you use on the Tastea Rewards app.
Q: Will I earn double points on both pick-up & delivery orders?
As long as you place your order through our Tastea Rewards app or sign in your rewards account on our website you will earn points. If you place an order in store for take-out, it will not qualify for double points.
Q: Will I receive double points if I place a takeout order in-store?
Yes! Customers must either check in at the register or scan their receipt to earn double points for in-store purchases.
Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn double points?
To earn double points, you must order through the Tastea Reward App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your points!
Q: How long will it take for me to earn my points?
Points can take up to 24 hours to show in your account. If you haven't received your points after 24 hours, please email us here.
