Q: What do I need to do to receive my reward?
Place an online order at a participating Tastea location, make a purchase of any Milk Tea from 2/8 - 2/10, & receive a FREE Milk Tea reward to use on your next visit.
Q: When will I get my reward?
After you make a purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app rewards has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received.
Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn double points?
To earn double points, you must order through the Tastea Rewards App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your points!
