MEDIA PASS TERMS

Thanks for being part of the Tastea Media Pass program! Here's the whole deal, no fine-print surprises. When you accept these terms on your agreement form, this is what you're agreeing to:

What You Get

A free drink or item loaded onto your account, redeemable at the store and time we set you up with.

Participation Requirements

  1. Post one feed post within 14 days of using your pass
    In that post, either tag @drinktastea in the photo/video or mention @drinktastea in your caption, either one works.
  2. Add a quick disclosure
    Use #gifted or Instagram's "Paid Partnership" label. It's not a Tastea thing, it's just the FTC's rule for anyone posting about something they got for free and we're just passing it along.
  3. That's it!
    Story mentions are awesome and always welcome, but they're a bonus. It's not something we track against your pass.

What Happens After You Post

We check for your post using Instagram's own tools.

Posted and disclosed within 14 days?
You're all set, nothing more needed.

Nothing posted within 14 days?
That counts as a missed pass. Two missed passes in a rolling 12 months and we'll pause future passes until we reconnect.

Your Content

Organic reposts
By accepting these terms, you're okay with Tastea resharing your Media Pass posts on our own accounts with credit to you, always.

Paid ads (your choice)
On the agreement form, you'll see a yes/no question about letting us use your Media Pass content in our own paid ads (Instagram/Facebook) with credit. Totally optional, say no and nothing changes about your pass.

You can also change your answer later by messaging us. This change will apply to future passes. Content we already ran with your permission stays cleared.

The Small Stuff

You must be 18 or older to participate.

These terms cover Media Pass gifting only — if we ever work together on something bigger, that gets its own agreement.

We keep a record of your post (a screenshot) as our confirmation you held up your end, standard practice.

If we update these terms, we'll let you know. If a material change is made, we will ask for a fresh agreement before getting your next pass.
