Customers must place an order for any milk tea through the Tastea Rewards App, website, or check-in at the register to receive the Free Hot Milk Tea reward. Reward will appear in account AFTER initial transaction has been completed. Rewards may take up to 72 hours to appear. Customer has 7 days to redeem their reward after it has been loaded in. Free Hot Milk Tea Reward expires on 10/17/21. Expired rewards cannot be redeemed. Offer subject to change or expire without notice & cannot be combined with any other offer. Place an online order at a participating Tastea location, make a purchase of any Milk Tea on 10/11/21, & receive a Free Hot Milk Tea reward to use on your next visit.
🔮 Q: When will I get my reward?
After you make a purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app reward has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received.
🔮 Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I earn a reward?
To participate in this promotion, you must order through the Tastea Reward App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your rewards!
🔮 Q: It's been over 72 hours and I can't find my reward.
Your free reward can be found on the Rewards Screen directly under the buttons "Earn Points" & "Redeem." If you still cannot locate it, please email us here.
