Q: What do I need to do to receive my reward?

Place an online order at a participating Tastea location, make a purchase of any Smoothie of any Smoothie on 5/8 -5/10 & receive a FREE 20oz Matcha A Go Go (add-ons extra) reward to use on your next visit.

Q: When will I get my reward?

After you make a purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app reward has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received. 

Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I receive a reward?

To earn a reward, you must order through the Tastea Rewards App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your points/rewards!
