Q: When will I get my reward?

After you make a purchase, you will receive a notification when the in-app rewards has been loaded into your Tastea Rewards account. Rewards are typically immediate but may take up to 72 hours to be received.

Q: If I order through Uber Eats, DoorDash or something similar will I receive a reward?

To earn a reward, you must order through the Tastea Rewards App or on the Tastea website. Be sure to sign in so we know where to send your points!
