MEDIA PASS TERMS

Thank you for participating in the Tastea Media Pass Program. These terms outline the requirements and conditions of participation. By accepting the terms on the accompanying agreement form, you acknowledge and agree to the following.  

How the Program Works

Tastea will provide either complimentary beverages or menu items through your account depending on the media pass promotion. The featured item or items may be redeemed at the location and time specified in the pass.

Participation Requirements

  1. Publish one Instagram feed post within 14 days after redeeming your Media Pass. The post may be a photograph or Reel.
  2. Tag @drinktastea in the photo or video, or mention @drinktastea in the caption.
  3. Clearly disclose that the product was provided as a gift by including #gifted or using Instagram’s “Paid Partnership” label. This disclosure is required under Federal Trade Commission guidelines for content featuring complimentary products

Instagram Story mentions are appreciated but are optional and will not be considered when evaluating completion of your Media Pass requirements.

Post Verification

Tastea will verify completion of the posting requirements using Instagram’s available tools.

Posted and disclosed within 14 days?

You're all set, nothing more needed.

Posted but missed the disclosure?

We'll send a quick note asking you to add it, you'll have 7 days, fast fix, no big deal.

Nothing posted within 14 days?

That counts as a missed pass. Two missed passes in a rolling 12 months and we'll pause future passes until we reconnect.

Your Content

Organic social media sharing

By accepting these terms, you authorize Tastea to reshare content published in connection with your Media Pass on Tastea’s owned social media accounts. Tastea will provide appropriate credit whenever your content is reshared.

Paid advertising—optional

The agreement form includes an optional authorization allowing Tastea to use your Media Pass content in paid advertising on Instagram and Facebook. Declining this authorization will not affect your eligibility for or participation in the Media Pass Program.

You may change your authorization at any time by contacting Tastea. Any change will apply to future Media Passes. Content previously approved and used in paid advertising will remain authorized for that use.

The Small Stuff

Participants must be at least 18 years of age.These terms apply exclusively to complimentary products provided through the Tastea Media Pass Program.

Any additional or expanded collaboration will be governed by a separate agreement. Tastea may retain a screenshot of your qualifying post for the limited purpose of documenting completion of the Media Pass requirements. If these terms are updated, Tastea will notify you. If a material change is made, you will be asked to accept the revised terms before receiving another Media Pass.
